Quark tiramisu with orange

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS more soluble or
  • 100 ml strong, cold coffee
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Amaretto liqueur
  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 500 g Edible quark (20 %)
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Italian cream cheese)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 orange
  • 4-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp delte orange peel

Directions

    Mix coffee and 100 ml hot water. Let the coffee cool down. Mix cold coffee and liqueur

    Place the lady fingers side by side in a flat form (approx. 15 x 28 cm). Drizzle the coffee-amretto mixture evenly over the sponge fingers and leave to soak in for approx. 10 minutes

    For the cream, mix quark, mascarpone and orange juice until smooth. Season to taste with sugar. Spread the cream over the biscuits and smooth it down. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa. Cover the biscuits, preferably overnight, put them in the fridge and let them soak through

    Decorate tiramisu as desired with thin spirals of orange peel. An espresso, for example, tastes good with this
