Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 60-75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 4 ripe pears (about 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 (125 ml) bottle of chocolate sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Cream fat, sugar and vanillin sugar. Add the egg and 4 tablespoons of cream. Mix flour and baking powder and finally stir in. Divide the dough into 4 ovenproof, greased ramekins.

  2. 2

Wash and peel the pears, leaving the stalk on the pears. Cut the pears into slices. Cut out the core from the pear slices with an apple cutter. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C / gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, lightly whip the remaining cream and mix with the chocolate sauce. Serve the sauce with the baked pears, garnished with lemon balm.
