Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g green grapes
  • 2 (150 g each) small pears
  • 2 (100 g each) small apples
  • 2 Lemons
  • 3 small bananas
  • 1/2 package (50 g) coloured sugar sprinkles
  • 25 g crushed pistachio kernels
  • 50 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 150 g Marshmallows
  • 2 (200 g each) Cup of whipped cream
  • 3 packs (150 g each) Dark chocolate coating
  • 1 package (150 g) Belgian crispy wafers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the grapes, dab dry and pluck the grapes from the stems. Wash apples and pears, dab dry, quarter and cut out the cores. Cut pear quarters into columns, apple quarters lengthwise into slices.

  2. 2

Squeeze the lemons. Sprinkle pear slices and apple slices with lemon juice. Peel bananas and cut them into pieces of about 2 cm. Also drizzle with lemon juice. Arrange the fruit on a plate.

  3. 3

Garnish with lemon balm. Fill colourful sugar crumbles, pistachios and brittle in small bowls. Arrange marshmallows on a plate as well. Heat the cream in a fondue pot. (But do not let it boil.) Chop the chocolate coating finely and melt it in the cream, stirring constantly.

  4. 4

Put fruit and marshmallows on fondue forks at the table and dip them into the hot chocolate. Sprinkle with sugar sprinkles, pistachios and brittle as desired. The crispy wafers taste great with it.
