Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 stem(s) Mint or parsley
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 16 green olives (filled with almonds)
  • 1 TEASPOON pink berries
  • 1 Rosemary stalk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs and lemon
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the mint and cut into fine strips. Mix yoghurt, garlic and mint until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  2. 2

Clean and wash the peppers. Cut paprika and cheese into about 16 pieces. Put 2 olives, paprika and cheese pieces alternately on skewers

  3. 3

Coarsely grate the pink berries. Wash the rosemary and chop finely. Mix lemon juice, oil, rosemary and pink berries, season. Drizzle the skewers with it and let it steep a little

  4. 4

Arrange the skewers and mint dip. Garnish with herbs and lemon. Serve with fresh baguette

  5. 5

Pink berries are a pepper-like spice. Because they do not contain piperine (which gives pepper its pungency), they taste aromatically sweet
