Ingredients

  • 150 g Currants or raspberries
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Crème de Cassis (black currant liqueur)
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Amarettini
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

    Wash and drain the currants. Strip from the panicles with a fork. Mix curd, sugar and possibly liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in the berries. Crumble Amarettini, except for 8

    Dip 4 glasses with the rim in lemon juice, then in the Amarettini crumbs. Pour in the curd. Serve with remaining Amarettini and lemon balm
