Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 750 g-1 kg string beans
  • 1-2 Federation Spring onions
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2-3 stem(s) Mint
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) large white beans
  • 150-200 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the beans and spring onions. Wash and roughly dice the tomatoes. Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel and chop garlic. Wash herbs and chop finely

    Heat the oil in a large pot. Sauté spring onions and garlic in it. Steam the tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes, string beans and herbs. Season. Add 3/4-1 l water until the beans are covered. Bring everything to the boil, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes

    Drain the beans, add them and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Season to taste. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over it. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with: sesame curl or flat bread
