Latte Chai cream with crispy biscuits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 g Power-Chai Powder
  • 30 g Cornstarch
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1/8 l UHT milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 8 Biscuits
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Boil up the milk. Stir in chai powder. Mix starch with a little water until smooth and stir into the milk. Let the pudding cool down while stirring. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the chai cream.

    Pour cream into 4 glasses and let them get cold. Warm up the milk, foam it up and spread it on the cream. Dust with cocoa. Add the biscuits
