Sausages in cheese-bacon-jacket

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 g light salad cream
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 Gherkins (glass)
  • 1 small onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 large thin slices of Gouda (approx. 20 g each)
  • 12 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon; approx. 100 g)
  • 24 (approx. 100 g; glass/package) Cocktail sausages
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cook the egg for about 10 minutes. Quench, peel and let cool

    Mix yoghurt and salad cream. Clean and wash the peppers. Dice paprika, cucumber and egg finely. Peel and chop onion. Stir in everything. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Cut the cheese into strips (approx. 3 x 10 cm). Wrap each sausage with cheese and bacon and fry in hot oil in portions all around for about 5 minutes until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Stick skewers in if necessary. Arrange and garnish everything
