Stir icing sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice until smooth. Darken approx. 1/3 of the icing with cocoa, if necessary stir again with lemon juice to make it more liquid. Fill the icing separately into 2 piping bags. Paint about 8 cookies with light and dark icing like footballs. Leave to dry for about 1 hour. Mix quark, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar, vodka, lemon peel and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the cream setting agent to trickle in. Fold cream into the cream. Layer the cream with the biscuits in 6-8 glasses. Decorate with lemon zest and biscuit footballs
