  • 1.1 kg Gooseberries
  • 800 g ripe pears
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 package (500 g) "Super jelly sugar 3:1"

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the gooseberries. Wash, peel and core the pears. Finely dice the flesh. Weigh 1 kg berries and 500 g pears

    Mix fruits, lemon juice, vanilla pulp and jam sugar in a pot. Leave to stand for about 1 hour. Bring to the boil while stirring, then boil over high heat while stirring for about 4 minutes until bubbly. Immediately fill into prepared glasses, close them and cool upside down
