Ingredients

  • 125 g Salad mayonnaise (50 % fat)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chili sauce
  • 100 g red pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise, cream and chilli sauce. Clean and wash the peppers, cut them into fine cubes and stir them into the mayonnaise, except for something to garnish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Garnish with remaining paprika cubes.
