Tapas: prawns in garlic oil (prawns al Ajillo)

Ingredients

  • 20 deep-frozen prawns (approx. 50 g each)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Defrost the gambas at room temperature. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Peel the prawns, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for about 5-8 minutes while turning. Add garlic and fry. Arrange in a bowl
