Ingredients

  • 8 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 6 discs Toast
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the lid. Hollow out the tomatoes. Pour the inside into a sieve, collect the juice. Finely chop bread in the universal chopper. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press.

    Mix bread, tomato juice, cheese and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Dab tomatoes dry from the inside with kitchen paper and salt lightly. Fill with the mixture. Place the tomatoes with the lids on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes.
