Sweet milk noodles with orange compote

Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON Hazelnut flakes
  • 175 ml low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 70 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1/2 vanilla pod

Directions

    Roast the hazelnuts in a coated pan without fat, remove. Bring milk and 1 pinch of salt to the boil in a saucepan. Add the pasta to the milk and cook in it according to the instructions on the packet, stirring occasionally. Add a little more water if necessary. Finally stir in vanilla sugar

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Press the juice from the parting skins into a small pot. Add vanilla pulp and bring to the boil. Add orange fillets, bring to the boil again and stir into the milk noodles. Arrange in a deep plate and sprinkle with hazelnut leaves
