Sweet apple and noodle cake

  • 40 g Noodles (e.g. cups)
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Butter or margarine
  • 1 TEASPOON Pistachio kernels

    Prepare the pasta in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash apple, grate dry, quarter, remove core. Cut quarters into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour the noodles into a sieve and drain

    Mix milk, 100 ml water, vanillin sugar and egg. Dab apple dry. Melt the fat in an ovenproof, coated pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Lightly fry the pasta and apple, add the egg and milk. Allow to set in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes. Coarsely chop the pistachios and sprinkle over the trash
