Ingredients

  • 200 g cold butter
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 packages sherbet powder "lemon
  • 100 g + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rose hip jam
  • 1 TABLESPOON Currant Jelly
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vanilla curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Cut butter into pieces. Mix butter, vanilla sugar, 1 packet sherbet powder, 100 g sugar, flour and egg with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and finally knead with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for approx. 30 minutes. Warm the jam and jelly together and whisk smooth with a whisk, then chill. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 0.7 cm and cut it into chips.

    Place the sticks on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 6-8 minutes. Mix 1 packet of sherbet powder with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Take the tray out of the oven, turn the sticks briefly in the sugar and let them cool down. Pour the jam and quark into a small bowl and serve with the sweet chips
