Ingredients

  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp breakfast - or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Freezer bag
  • 4 (75 g pack of Bahlsen) Bambini - sponge fingers
  • 3 (200 g pack of Bahlsen) Leibnitz Butter Biscuits
  • 3 (100 g pack of Bahlsen) Leaf pretzel
  • 2 (100 g pack of Delacre) Palmiers Ears
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweets
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar for dusting

Directions

    Mix icing sugar, rum and about 1 tablespoon of water to a smooth glaze. Pour into a small freezer bag or breakfast bag and cut off a corner. In each case 2 lady fingers, as runners with icing stick together. Then glue the butter biscuits on top. For the edge, put the pretzel on the back part.

    As high curved runners, in front the two leaves - little ears. Spray ice and snow on the runners and cookie edges with the rest of the icing. Let dry for about 30 minutes. Then fill with sweets as desired and dust with icing sugar
