Roughly chop the nuts. Whip the fat, 225 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy white. Whisk eggs and cream, add and stir in. Stir in flavour.
Mix flour and baking powder and knead in with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Knead in pine nuts and macadamia nuts. Using teaspoons, place small heaps on two baking trays lined with baking paper, sprinkle with remaining sugar and bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 18-20 minutes one after the other. Remove from the oven, place on a rack and allow to cool
