Onions peel, 2 finely dice. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Chop the tomatoes roughly. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Fry half of the onion cubes until translucent. Add tomatoes, garlic, stock and 200 ml water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add tomato paste and puree finely with a hand blender. Season to taste with pepper, Worcestershire sauce, honey and vinegar and keep cool
Knead the remaining diced onion, minced meat, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs and 8 tbsp. water, season with salt and pepper. Shape the mince into 12 flat burgers and freeze
Cut 1 onion into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings for about 3 minutes, turning them over. Sprinkle with sugar and deglaze whisky. Fry for another 3 minutes in a closed pan until soft
Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and fry 6 frozen burgers in it in portions for about 6 minutes while turning. Freeze the rest of the burgers and half the sauce. Cut the hamburger buns in half horizontally. Bake the bun halves under the grill of the oven for about 3 minutes, turning them once in between. Arrange sauce, salad, burger, cucumber salad and onion rings in the roll
