Peel the kiwis and peel the orange including the white skin. Cut into slices. Drain the apricots and cut 3 halves into small cubes. Wash and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut apple into thin slices
Mix lemon juice and honey in a bowl. Sprinkle the fresh fruit evenly with the mixture and let it stand covered. Puree the remaining apricots, mix with yoghurt and vanilla sugar
Arrange the marinated fruit with the apricot yoghurt. Sprinkle with diced apricots. Decorate with lemon balm. Serve with fine wafer rolls
