Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in hot oil, add minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry until crumbly. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Take the mince out of the pan. Steam peppers in frying oil for about 5 minutes.
Heat up taco shells in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 2-3 minutes. Peel, halve and core the avocado. Cut the flesh into pieces. Clean, wash and cut salad into strips. Mix minced meat, paprika, avocado and salad with the chilli sauce and fill into the taco shells
