Knead dumpling dough with pistachios and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Halve the chocolate bar. Quarter the dumpling dough and put a piece of chocolate bar in the middle of each dough and form into dumplings. Bring a pot of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar to a boil, add the dumplings to the water and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, roast grated coconut in a pan until light brown and place on a plate.
Lift the dumplings out of the water. Drain briefly and turn into the grated coconut, press down firmly. Put the dumplings on the plates and spread some strawberry sauce around them. Decorate with lemon balm
