Leaf salad with nut vinaigrette

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 Salad
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS lime, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut kernels
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS oil, possibly lime filets
  • 7-10 Tbsp to garnish

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salads. Pluck into bite-sized pieces if necessary

    Squeeze the lime. Mix the juice with salt, pepper and sugar. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the nuts. Stir in everything. Whip oil into it. Loosely with the salad
