Mix cream cheese and quark, season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat, remove. Wash and clean the cucumber and cut into fine cubes.
Peel horseradish thinly and grate finely. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Mix the prepared ingredients. Arrange cheese in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
