Large buttermilk berry cup

Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, currants
  • 7-10 Tbsp and blueberries)
  • 500 g Cream curd
  • 250 g Buttermilk
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 4-6 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

    Select the berries, wash briefly and drain well. Strip the currants from the panicles with a fork

    Puree a good 1/3 of the berries with the cutting stick and pass through a fine sieve. Stir the quark, buttermilk, vanillin sugar and sugar until smooth. Stir in approx. 2/3 fruit puree marble-like. Add the remaining berries, except for a few

    Pour everything into a large bowl. Serve with remaining fruit puree and berries. Decorate with mint and icing sugar
