Chop the chocolate coating and melt in a water bath. Let it cool down a little. Wash pears thoroughly and rub dry. Quarter pears, remove seeds and cut into slices.
Wash grapes and physalis and dab dry. Dip the fruit in the chocolate coating and let it dry on a cake rack. Arrange on a plate. Decorate with couverture threads as desired
