Cranberry Quark Cup

Ingredients

  • 8 L
  • 6-7 TABLESPOONS Cherry liqueur or cherry juice
  • 100 g Wild cranberries (from the glass)
  • 400 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 125 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 4-5 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Halve the lady fingers and drizzle with 4 tablespoons of cherry liqueur. Mix cranberries with 2-3 tablespoons of liqueur. Mix quark, sour cream, milk and vanillin sugar in a bowl. Season to taste with sugar

    Divide some curd into 4 glasses and place the lady fingers at the edge of each glass

    Layer the remaining quark in the glasses alternating with the cranberries. Use a fork to pull through the quark in a loop. Place the cups in a cool place until serving. Decorate with melissa

    -instead of cranberries you can also take a jam (e.g. cherry, blueberry or raspberry)

    -You can replace quark and sour cream with cream quark or fold approx. 100 g whipped cream into the quark
