Defrost the strawberries. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Heat milk, vanilla pulp and pod (do not boil). Chop the chocolate coating and melt in it. Cool down. Remove the pod
Eggs, yolks and 2 go. Beat the sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in chocolate milk bit by bit
Pour the mixture into 4 cold-rinsed ovenproof moulds (each containing approx. 200 ml). Place in an ovenproof dish with hot water. Place in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 40-50 minutes
Puree the strawberries and lemon juice in a tall mixing bowl. Season to taste with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. If necessary, slice the chocolate coating into shavings. Decorate the flan with it. Add strawberry sauce
