Nut flummery with pear

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut flakes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ground hazelnuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Roast nut flakes without additional fat, remove. Stir starch, sugar and 4 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in starch and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Stir in ground nuts

    Lightly grease 4 round moulds (each containing approx. 150 ml). Sprinkle with nut flakes. Pour in the flummery and let it cool down. Then chill for approx. 3 hours

    Wash, quarter and core the pears. Cut into thin slices and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice. Turn out the flummery and serve with the pears
