Ingredients

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 1 (200 g) Bag "gelling spell"
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice

Directions

    Select raspberries, wash if necessary. Weigh 200 g of fruit. Put the fruit, jam sugar and lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Puree everything with the cutting stick or whisk of the hand mixer for about 45 seconds.

    Fill fruit spread into prepared twist-off glasses. Seal and store in the refrigerator.
