Drain the mandarins. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir mascarpone and quark until smooth. Season to taste with sugar, 100 ml orange juice and orange liqueur. Fold in the cream.
Line a casserole dish (approx. 1.2 litres capacity) with approx. half of the Kemm'schen cake. Sprinkle with approx. 125 ml orange juice. Spread mandarins on top. Spread with some cream. Spread the rest of the Kemm&apos cakes on top and again sprinkle with the rest of the orange juice. Spread the rest of the cream and smooth it down. Put in a cool place for about 1 hour. Dust with cocoa.
