Cantuccini sour cherry cup

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Sour cherries
  • 100 g Cantuccini (Italian almond pastry)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Amaretto liqueur
  • 250 g Edible quark (20 %)
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Almond kernels (with skin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp zeste de citron non traité

Directions

    Drain the cherries well, use the juice for other purposes. Arrange the cantuccini in 4 cups or dessert bowls. Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of Amaretto

    Mix curd and sour cream with the rest of the Amaretto and vanilla sugar. Chop the almonds coarsely and stir in, except for 1 tbsp.

    Spread the cherries and quark cream over the cantuccini. Sprinkle the remaining almonds and lemon peel over it
