Turkey spinach ciabatta

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 3 thick turkey escalopes (à ca.150 g)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g leaf spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 4 small ciabatta breads or baguette rolls (approx. 125 g each)
  • 100-150 g Double cream cream cheese with herbs

Directions

    Wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Fry in 1-2 tablespoons of hot oil on each side for about 5 minutes. Seasoning

    Clean, wash and drain the spinach. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Add spinach dripping wet, fry briefly. Season and drain well

    Wash, seed and dice the tomatoes. Cut mozzarella into slices. Cut breads lengthwise and spread with cream cheese

    Cut the schnitzel into slices. Cover bread with spinach, meat and mozzarella. Sprinkle with tomato cubes. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes

    Drink: cool white wine
