Toastie with roast beef (sandwich)

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Rocket (approx. 50 g)
  • 2 (75 g each) Tomatoes
  • 8 (à 50 g) Toasties
  • 200 g Roast Beef Cuts
  • 8 TSP Remoulade
  • 75 g grated Emmental cheese

Directions

    Wash the rocket and drain thoroughly. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Cut toasties in half horizontally, cover with roast beef. Place 1 teaspoon of tartar sauce on each, cover with tomatoes, add rocket and sprinkle with cheese.

    Put the lid on and bake in the sandwich maker for 3-5 minutes in portions until golden brown.
