7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated peel of 1/2 untreated orange
1/2 green-fleshed melon (e.g. Ogen)
1/2 orange-fleshed melon (e.g. Charantais)

Mix mascarpone, curd and liqueur. Add sugar, vanillin sugar, orange peel and orange juice. Remove the seeds from the melon halves. Cut out the flesh with a ball cutter. Arrange curd cheese with melon balls in dessert bowls
