Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 100 ml Watermelon Liqueur
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated peel of 1/2 untreated orange
  • 1/2 green-fleshed melon (e.g. Ogen)
  • 1/2 orange-fleshed melon (e.g. Charantais)

Directions

    Mix mascarpone, curd and liqueur. Add sugar, vanillin sugar, orange peel and orange juice. Remove the seeds from the melon halves. Cut out the flesh with a ball cutter. Arrange curd cheese with melon balls in dessert bowls
