Wash the potatoes, grate them dry and cut them into slices. Place slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes, turning halfway through the baking time. Keep warm
Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp. water, diced onion, mustard and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the mince into 4 equal portions and form round burgers. Keep cold
Finely dice the peppers. Wash the lemon, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Halve lemon and squeeze. Mix mayonnaise, paprika cubes, lemon peel and mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice
Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry hamburgers for about 15 minutes until golden brown on all sides. In a grill pan, first fry the hamburger buns, then drain the bacon until crispy. Place a slice of cheddar on each of the fried hamburgers. Place the lid on the pan and let the cheese melt briefly
Spread the hamburger halves with paprika mayonnaise. On the lower half of each, place a lettuce leaf, tomatoes, hamburger, onion and bacon. Put the lid of the bread roll on top and serve with potato wedges and ketchup
