Pineapple au gratin with vanilla ice cream and meringue

  • 2 Baby pineapple
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

    Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, cut out the stalk with a sharp knife. Hollow out halves of the fruit, dice the flesh, mix with rum and honey, allow to marinate

    Beat the egg whites until stiff, while letting the sugar trickle in. Continue beating until a shiny mixture is formed. Add 50 g ice to each fruit bowl, cover with pineapple cubes

    Add the beaten egg white and cook under the preheated grill of the oven for 2-3 minutes until brown. Arrange pineapple on plates and serve immediately
