Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash liver, dab dry and chop finely. Dice cheese as well
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté baguette slices on both sides, remove. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the liver briefly. Add garlic and spring onions and fry for about 1 minute. Season everything with salt and pepper
Spread the liver on the baguette slices. Sprinkle the cheese immediately and let it melt or bake in the oven or grill at the highest level for a short time
Clean, wash and drain the salad
Line 4 plates with it. Arrange roast breads on top. Garnish with parsley
