Yoghurt cup with honey nuts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mixed nuts (e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts and pine nuts)
  • 500 g Cream yoghurt (e.g. Greek)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3-4 Tbsp liquid honey

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let cool down.

    Mix yoghurt with vanilla sugar and lemon juice until creamy. Chop nuts coarsely and mix with honey. Layer honey nuts and yoghurt alternately in 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
