Salad toppings four times different: sesamtofu, soy sauce and coriander

Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 150 g Tofu
  • 4-5 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1/4 Pot of coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove and allow to cool. Dice the tofu, turn it in soy sauce and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Remove the tofu from the marinade. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the tofu for 3-4 minutes while turning.

    Wash the coriander, dab dry and, except for something to garnish, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop them. Mix coriander with sesame seeds. Season the tofu with a little salt and pepper, remove from the pan, roll immediately in the sesame-coriander mixture and allow to cool. Arrange the sesame-tofu in a bowl and garnish with the remaining coriander
