Ingredients

  • 8 Rolls
  • 1 Bacon
  • 1 Cucumbers
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 Mustard

Directions

    Wash the roulades with mustard, then season with salt and pepper including onion rings, diced gherkins and then add diced bacon and then roll up the roulades

    And then fry until they are brown and then add water 2 hours to boil and then take out the roulades

    Season the sauce with salt and pepper and thicken with sauce thickener
