Pancakes with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seeds
  • 4 balls of vanilla ice cream (approx. 50 ml each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chocolate sauce (from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Whisk eggs, 125 ml water and milk. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the egg milk with salt. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. Melt some fat in a pan. Add one eighth of the dough each, spread thinly and bake at medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

    Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and turn. Bake on the other side until golden. Keep warm. Fry 7 more pancakes from the remaining dough in hot fat. Arrange 2 pancakes, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some chocolate sauce on each pancake and serve decorated with mint
