Sausage salad with cucumber and radishes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Fleischwurst in the ring
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 6 stalks of chives
  • 4 small lettuce leaves
  • 75 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Peel the sausage and cut into very thin slices. Wash and clean the cucumber and radishes and slice into thin slices. Wash the chives,

    Wash lettuce leaves, shake dry. Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in yoghurt and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix sausage, radishes, cucumber, chives and yoghurt sauce and arrange on the salad leaves.
