Melt 100 g butter in a pot, remove from heat and add milk. Crumble the yeast and mix with sugar until the yeast becomes liquid. Knead salt, flour, eggs, milk mixture and yeast first with the dough hooks, then with your hands until smooth.
Cover and leave to rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place.
Knead the dough briefly and divide into approx. 24 pieces. Shape each piece into a round shape and place them on a greased fat pan of the oven with some distance between each other. Cover and leave to rise for another 20 minutes.
Melt 100 g of butter and spread it on the cakes. Alternately sprinkle with flour, sesame seeds, seeds and oat flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool down on a cake rack.
