Cookie burger with mandarin cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin oranges
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vanillin sugar
  • 16 Cookies with orange filling and chocolate (e.g. Jaffa Cake; approx. 160 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Drain the mandarins in a sieve, collecting the juice. 12 tangerines with honey and let them steep a little bit

    Mix cream cheese, quark, vanillin sugar and 2-3 tablespoons tangerine juice until smooth. Chop the remaining mandarins finely and stir in. Pour the mandarin cream into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Spray 8 biscuits with one curl each. Or put the filling on top with a spoon. Place the remaining biscuits on top

    Arrange 2 cookie burgers with the marinated mandarins on each plate. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint

    The mandarin quark mixture can also be squirted onto finished sponge cake tartlets and topped with the marinated mandarins
