Spicy stuffed turkey rolls

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Tbsp Almond slivers
  • 50 g semi-soft dried plums
  • 150 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 4 discs smoked turkey breast - (à approx. 40 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let cool down a little

    Dice plums very finely. Mix with almonds and cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese cream on the turkey breast slices, roll them up and pin them with wooden skewers

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Mix lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil vigorously into the mixture. Arrange salad and turkey rolls. Drizzle the marinade over the salad

    -You can additionally season the cream cheese with 1 teaspoon horseradish

    -tastes also delicious with pork or roast cold cuts

    -For vegetarians, roll the cream into cheese slices
