Mascarpone cream with bananas, honey, cinnamon and peanuts

  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS roasted peanut kernels
  • 4 TSP liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

    Mix mascarpone, quark and sugar. Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, fold in

    Peel and slice the banana, sprinkle with lemon juice, put some slices aside. Fold in peanuts, except for 2 pieces, and banana slices. Spread the cream in 4 bowls. Spread the remaining banana slices on the cream, add 1 teaspoon honey to each. Halve the peanuts, place 1/2 peanut in the middle of each, dust with cinnamon
