Ingredients

  • 1 l Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Mix milk, baking powder, honey and 1/2 teaspoon salt, bring to the boil and simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring continuously. To test, remove 1 teaspoon of cream and allow to cool on a plate. The cream is ready when it has a much thicker consistency.

    Pour cream into glasses or bowls, allow to cool and chill.
