Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 200 g Turkey Breast
  • 200 g Fillet of beef
  • 200 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 TEASPOON Peppercorns
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard seeds
  • 120 ml Olive oil
  • 2 small clove of garlic
  • 2 Avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (180 ml) bottle of barbecue sauce
  • 1 glass (200 ml) Mango Curry Sauce
  • 1 Baguette bread
  • 1 kg Frying fat

Directions

    Peel the onion and cut into very narrow rings. Wash the turkey breast. Dab meat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Arrange meat pieces on a plate. Cover with onions and bay leaves. Sprinkle with pepper and mustard seeds and pour 100 ml olive oil over it.

    Marinate the meat for about 1 hour. In the meantime, peel garlic and chop very finely. Cut avocados in half, turn halves against each other and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately to prevent it from tarnishing. Wash the coriander, dab dry and chop very finely. Add coriander and garlic to the avocados and crush very finely with a fork. Season with salt. Fill the avocado dip, barbecue sauce and mango-curry sauce in small bowls. Heat the frying fat in a fondue pot. In the meantime cut baguette diagonally into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry baguette slices on both sides until golden brown.

    Add coriander and garlic to the avocados and crush very finely with a fork. Season with salt. Fill the avocado dip, barbecue sauce and mango-curry sauce in small bowls. Heat the frying fat in a fondue pot. In the meantime cut baguette diagonally into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry baguette slices on both sides until golden brown. Skewer the meat on fondue forks and deep-fry in the frying fat until golden brown. Serve with the sauces and baguette slices
