  • 1 can(s) (850 ml/ drained: 500 g) Peaches
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Almond liqueur (Amaretto)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 Protein
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package (400 g) Butter sand cake
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds

Directions

    Drain the peaches and collect the juice. Mix cream, peach juice, liqueur and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites until very stiff, allow the sugar to trickle in. Cut the cake into slices and place in a large casserole dish.
